Secret to getting Exotics
There has got to be one because everyone has gotten Exotic drops but me!!!! I don't wanna break my neck getting strange coins just to not have enough by the weekend!!!!

He also sells exotic engrams for 23 motes of light. Another way is to turn in bounties. Sometimes you will get an exotic bounty lead that will give you a spicific exotic item. The weekly nightfall strike may not guarantee you an exotic, you will get high level loot. That includes legendaries and a lot of rare materials. Finally there's the Vault of Glass. While running through with a group of 6 I've seen 3 exotics drop for them. Also a lot of ascendant materials, awesome legendaries, and badass class items. Edit: We aren't even half way through the vault, there is still much more loot available for us. Those are the best ways to get exotics. Sure you could sit and farm for legendary engrams, but your chances are much better doing the above missions.

1 返信So after grinding I got enough coins and bought gloves. Then after that I did the 28 weekly nightfall and was awarded a exotic sniper. Took an hour and a half to beat. Then after I coupleted a set of bounties I got an exotic mission line. Out of all the legendary engrams I've found only 2 were legendary things and I only use the chest. Some are lucky some work hard for it. It's week one. Takes time

6 通の返信I have 0 legendary engrams 0 exotic engrams. Maybe 12 rare and maybe 40 uncommon. And i cant get any light armor im stuck at 20.5 lvl. Have been since friday. I have shit luck in real life. Idk why this game would be any different. yorkie

4 通の返信It's pure luck. My first legendary engram turned into a exotic - I was expecting to get a blue or at best a legendary. I'm cryptarch level 2.

Never seen a single exotic for myself, only ever personally seen one on someone else in the 40+ hours I've logged. So you're definitely not the only one that hasn't seen any. If you can't handle RNG, then Destiny isn't the game for you.

1 返信I dont have an exotic weapon and nk legendary weapon ... yesterday a player with 1 kill and 8 deaths at pvp was rewarded with an exotic sniper rifle and a legendary engramm ... lucker

4 通の返信Complete bounties. After handing in a load of completed tasks I was given a choice between 3 exotic weapon bounties. Each bounty will reward a certain weapon and you'll need to complete several tasks to complete an exotic bounty.

1 返信[u]Everything is fair whats being said[/u] This is the thing now, cause at level 18 you should start having a chance at those blue armor engrams, if your lucky then 17, and that should let you go into light levels. And im saying its the same at my level, i cant get to 25 and the only suggestion i can thinkbof is to get legendarys, and my side of the theory is that its the same chance to get legendarys at level 24 than getting blues at 18 or even greens at like 5.

16 通の返信I swear it's all related to level. The higher tier level you are, the more likely better color drops appear. Under lvl 20 you have such a slim chance for a random blue and purple. 20-23 most drops are blue with a small chance of purple. 24+ there's a higher chance of purple and a small chance of yellow. The quickest way is to not worry about the drops and focus on light gear. I spent so much time farming from 20-23 and got zilch. Now that I'm 24 I get a few purples every hour.

3 通の返信I got a legendary gauntlet engram from crucible. As I ran to the Cryptarch I said I would have his babies if it have me a legendary. I got No Backup Plan, and ran away so I wouldn't have his children.
