This is related to the upgrade from PS3 to PS4. I've discovered that if you put an item up for sale, you can change the description afterwards in your own favor, and the buyer has no recourse.
Bungie, you can't tell us we can buy the PS3 version and get the PS4 version for free, and then later on change the FAQ on your own site to say that, oh, by the way, we're not actually going to give you that upgrade until two days after the rest of the world started playing.
That's cheating. Yes, I mean the cheat I found is being perpetrated by Bungie. In fact, I'm pretty sure it's more than a cheat. I'm pretty sure it's illegal: false advertising. You even managed to convince some people to buy the game twice by instructing them to go put the ps4 version in their carts and check out, but that just buys the game a second time. That's fraud.
I'm very angry. And don't tell me to take it up with Sony, because four tiers of customer service management all incriminated you guys.
Edit: See my response to VISUALSTORM, below, for some more details.

5 通の返信I don't see where they say you have to purchase the thing twice, they say you have to put in your cart the same product by the PS4 store, which as for now it's still not possible, alas you spent money on the wrong product. Anyway Sony has the 3 days refund policy, so you just have to ask them that.

I got a refund in my hard copy so I could take up this deal and now I have to wait also. I do understand your point on Bungie not publishing the full details on how this free upgrade work until late today and also changing a few details. In another post someone called them and was told we should have access after 3 hours. Just not sure if they are talking UK or US time.
