Looks like she is out of flucks to give.
I question the authenticity of this video given that she is laughing near the end. If that were my stuff rage would ensue.

It is hard to believe that an employee would display such blatant disregard for the parcels under her care right in front of a customer, let alone laugh about it. Without additional information, it is reasonable to deduce that it might not be real. Since it is (apparently) real, she deserved to lose her job.
