Some beta carry over.
Now, I'm not saying "I want my full character back I put like 70 hours in (scrubs, I put in double that) and I want my characters", because that is an awful idea, but I do kinda want some things to carry over, like timurs lash, or the exotics I found (not from the cryptarch, from pvp and such), I think it would be nice to have those since they were rare or super rare, and I got so excited to find them but not be able to use them, it would just be kinda nice to have them. What do you all think?

Due to the increased drop rates, and possible advanced leveling done on the backend, they cannot in good will transfer any items over. Basically the exotics and even uncommon equipment was not really earned. I have a video of a dreg dropping a uncommon item, which it shouldn't on very low level mobs. Uncommon+ should be earned by appropriate kill like a Ancient Fallen Captain, or defeating high level enemies at random times IMO.

Are you running for the stupidest forum member ever? It doesn't matter at all if they give everyone their beta characters and every single piece of gear they have to use... [u]but it's not even an OPTION that you get to keep the exotics you found[/u]. Especially if you received rewards from Iron Banner, [i]which was purposefully ran countless of times for the sake of the Beta.[/i] You would be receiving a free, unfair benefit for the end-game.

It was a beta build so it was obvious that all our progress was being erased anyway. In the end all you get are 2 emblems. Let me reiterate, go and to your cot and have a cry.

ToastStylezにより編集済み: 8/17/2014 1:27:59 AMI had timurs lash and was a little disappointed I couldnt keep it but in an interview that came out this week they said they are buffing hand cannons so there will be a new n improved timurs lash to get.

2 通の返信You didn't work for your exotics. Hopefully they change it so you can't get exotics from the cryptarch (so easily). You'll have much more fun trying to earn them again, trust me.
