is this post satire? from what little I know of COD it lacks any significant or well told story (just a bare bones campaign mode) whereas Bungie has given Destiny a rich, lore filled past for players to unlock, along with what will likely be a great story. Annnnd decent multiplayer, so yeah, Destiny will be miles ahead of COD.

I personally think thats a rhetorical question. This shouldnt really be a topic in my opinion. And of course I have my reasons. Call of duty has not lived up to its full potential and even when I saw the multiplayer reveal at gamescom it still did not impress me. Sure they added some pretty cool new elements and game changers such as the addition of tsunamis and swimming in the water which allows for more versatile strategy. The exoskeletons and jet packs are a nice addition to make gaming more fast paced however destiny had it first. Sledgehammer games and infinityward claim that they are innovating but I havent seen anything that is completely different than previous titles. Its still the same shoot em up and die for absolutely illogical ways. Of course I play it but im never offered a challege when playing. From day 1 experience on destinys open beta I was immediately satisfied as soon as I dropped in the customization screen. The mechanics were smooth and they felt really good to play. The story seems quiet simple yet in depth at the same time. The destiny open beta may have seemed huge but barely scratched the surface compared to the actual game content. There is a difference. And destiny shouldnt be challeged to live past Cod because CoD is way out of destinys league

Call of duty is, in my opinion, a terrible piece of crap, the freaking beta was more fun than ghosts and black ops 2 combined. Destiny will demolish that franchise. If for some reason I'm wrong, Steven go back in time and kill Joe Mahogid...Steven you know who you are

Cod is a matter of whoever wasted the most time playing and buying guns halo and destiny are all skill doesn't matter how long you play on destiny because you can still get your ass handed to you by a level 8 except in iron banner lol
