Bungie has made very clear that this is a true next gen game, so not much has been said on previous gen. Some of us are getting the game on it and I have to ask, apart from the graphics, will we have the same experience on Destiny? Will we get the same features? I mean the game cost exactly the same on both gens so this is a must right?

8 通の返信No dont trust the game on ps3/xbox go out and buy a ps4/xbone join the next gen so they stop holding the quality of games back so it can play on old gen as far as im concernd you ppl who buy games for ps3 n xbox360 are slowing the transtion to proper next gen gaming you all should be ashamed of your selfs unless its darksouls2 then i understand :)

The basic gameplay should be the same so i wouldn't worry too much. I have a 360 and this will be the last game i buy for it before i upgrade to a Xbone in the new year. I don't feel the need for next gen gaming at the minute, not enough games yet, but Sunset Overdrive and The Division will change all that.

3 通の返信Actually, right now I have the money to upgrade to ps4, but my friends don't have the same fortune, and I've decided to keep my ps3 so that we can all explore and discover the universe of Destiny together. I don't care if you think I'm stupid for it, good friends are rare this days, and I won't give them up, I prefer to wait.until we can all upgrade at the same time. Ps. No, I'm not a kid, I'm 21 and my friends are 2 or 3 y older then me.

This new franchise is basically the only reason I made the jump to next gen. It's going to run 10 years of sequels and dlc. Bungies stated that your characters and progress will transfer to the later games and that newer players in the later games will be able to play the earlier games if they want. I wouldn't waste anymore of my time or money on legacy gen games if I was you. But I'm a fanboy/troll. Don't take my word for it, even tho my wife who's never been a real gamer in her life decided she needs her own ps4 to play destiny on.

I think your fine. For now. I wouldn't plan on seeing any sequels come your way though. I think Destiny 2 onwards will be strictly next-generation only. But if you upgrade with the same console manufacturer that you have now your character will carry over to the next generation system.

Of course we can. Bungie has a ridiculously large amount of expertise working on the 360. The picture won't be at as high a resolution as the next-gen boxes, but most of us don't sit nearly close enough to the TV to tell the difference.

4 通の返信At least it's not like Titanfall, where it has a different developer and the patches/dlc are all late compared to the xb1/pc version.

6 通の返信The have the game running optimally on all consoles. Your ps3 might take a bit longer to load but it will get the job done. Your isp will matter more! if u really enjoy the game try to upgrade soon. The game dose deserve it.

Every feature of the game will be on both generations of consoles. The only difference will be all the bells and whistles such as 1080P, lighting and shadowing effects. There is a side by side comparison video of Destiny on PS4 vs PS3 vs 360. As you can see little to no difference between the Ps3 vs 360. But then you see the Ps4 and are like wow!!

2 通の返信In pretty sure we'll get the same experience, and features. I played both betas there wasn't really much of a difference except the graphics. I'm getting destiny on ps3.
