I take it you don't know the meaning of the words "gas giant" or "Jovian planet"?
You can't land on Uranus, there's no solid land. You can only die on Uranus.

Venus has solid land, though, and would actually be (relatively) easy to terraform. Uranus is a condensed cloud of gas. Even if the Traveler COULD make it inhabitable, it makes much more sense to terraform its moons instead.
