360. I sure do love my console dying repeatedly because I had the audacity to play it in a well ventilated area. Loved it even more when a revised model came out years later to address the issue (and shred your discs) just in time for games to completely and totally stop coming out for the damn thing.

5 通の返信LOLdragon89により編集済み: 8/4/2014 4:52:42 PMXbox 360 Honestly not trolling here. The Xbox 360 is the worst game console I've ever owned. I should clarify with a list of game consoles I've owned over the course of my life: - Sega Genesis - Nintendo 64 - Nintendo Game Cube - Gameboy Color - Xbox - Gameboy Advance - Wii - Xbox 360 - PlayStation 3 Out of all those platforms, (I also do quite a bit of PC gaming) the Xbox 360 has been the loudest during operation, the most prone to errors and shutdowns, and the most complex to set up in terms of hardware and software. Admittedly, my Xbox 360 is a model from 2007 with a white casing and a 20 GB removable HDD. The issues I've had with bulky cords and the size of the power brick as well as the lack of an HDMI port or Wi-Fi were all addressed in later iterations of the console, but they were still problems I had to put up with for several years. My biggest complaint is all of these consoles function with near-silent operation (the super-slim PS3 I have in particular is astoundingly quiet without a disk in) except for the Xbox 360, which produces a lot of fan noise at all points of its operation. I'm not sure if it was quieter when it was first purchased, but it is definitely the loudest machine under the TV, and often competes with the TV for volume (which is upsetting when you live in a duplex with a thin separation wall). Beyond that, only three consoles I've ever owned have died on me: my Xbox 360 (after 1 year), my Nintendo Game Cube (after 4 years), and my Xbox (after 5 years). In the Xbox 360's case, it was the Red Ring of Death, which Microsoft, to their credit, replaced and fixed free of charge. After that, it has shut down on occasion when it was not provided with adequate ventilation, which is another problem I never had to worry about with any of my game consoles. I also have gripes about the cost of online gaming and getting a bigger HDD for the platform, but those are much lesser concerns to me now. The Xbox 360 has the best controller I've ever played with, (and bringing USB ports to a game console and controller design was a stroke of genius) and I have also easily logged the most hours gaming on the Xbox 360 and it's the platform I own the most games for. But compared to everything else I've owned, it stands out as the worst console.

3 通の返信X box one and 360 were both complete shit. They broke in the first couple of months I had them. I have had all four of the most recent systems and by FAR sony has shown much superiority in the fact that they are made to play. Unlike Microsofts golddigging tactics. X box 360 was way prettier than the ps3 don't get me wrong. But they did not care about who they sold to. We especially see this in that twitter incident with the soldier that asked for an xbone. These are my opinions about this. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

5 通の返信I always wait at least 2 or 3 years into a consoles life cycle to buy. Never buy a new console at launch. Always buggy and will be cheaper down the line. I have yet to pay more than $200 for a console. Snes, Genesis, N64, Xbox, Xbox360. Right now I'm not sure if I will go PS4 or XboxOne, probably depends on which one hits that 199 sweet spot first. Hell I may even just get a WiiU.

3 通の返信So far, the Xbox One. All the other systems I own(ed) worked right out of the box with little to no issue or were glitchy as hell like that thing was. That and MS made the user interface total garbage compared to the 360's.

9 通の返信XBone can't stand seeing commercials on the dashboard. I bought your console, I bought your games, I bought your online services, so wtf are you making me watch advertisements?
