A common rumor is going around that our characters will not carry over into the real game when it comes out in September. If this is true, we should make a stand against it. We have worked too long on our Destiny Beta characters to let them go to waste. Who's with me?

I got a couple exotics, a few legendaries, the best weapons you could equip, level 20 Cryptarch, lvl 3 Vanguard, and shitload of glimmer, spinmetal and helium filaments. It's also safe to assume that someone else aside from me either has just as much or more given that I was able to acquire this much. Why would Bungie release a game with such a huge player advantage and spoil everyone's experience? I prefer to begin my adventures unspoiled and I especially did not want to begin an adventure with so much shit in my vault. Plus, all the gear you could use in the beta to begin with can easily be acquired within a few hours in the full game. Beta characters were already wiped. This was wise. You aren't supposed to begin with the best stuff in the game. Plus this was a beta, not a pre-release demo.
