If you played the alpha you would know that the game played as if it was 60 fps, so no downgrade is evident. PC has not been planed yet but can almost bet it will be after the first year as deej hinted at in an interview. The imagined rift between all xbox & sony because of a little content and bungies past with Microsoft is just more hype for the game. It's not about the money it's about the fans as bungie has proven time and time again. Sit back and enjoy the ride as the best game in a decade comes to beta soon.
