I haven't actually used shaders but from what I understand you only get the three colors of the faction. Example is new monarchy which is different combinations of blue red and yellow. There are supposed to be more factions in the full game and as an alpha we haven't seen everything so maybe there will be shaders for your own colors but right now all we got is faction shaders.
