Since they aren't armor abilities, it probably means anyone can do those attacks with the push of a button.
Seriously, why not just stick with the basic melee combat?
And ya know, actually SHOOT someone to kill them?
It's a "shooter" after all.

Like the equipment in H3? I still don't really like the idea of giving the players abilities, having an outside force like a bubble shield change combat seems better in my opinion. Probably no difference, but just a preference.
