I can handle spiders. I can handle scorpions. I can deal with most ants. I laugh at Centipedes and bees. But wasps, fuck that. Wasps ignite something primal in me that tells me to get fire, and lots of it.
Now excuse me, I need to go get some supplies.
Styrofoam
Gasoline
Super Soaker

4 通の返信I like wasps. Though I occasionally accidentally piss them off and get in fights with entire nests. I don't completely blame them for it, as typically I am the intruder. I normally leave them alone, and they leave me alone. Only when I'm working and somehow spook them will they attack. When they do though, I kill every damn one of them with my bare hands.

2 通の返信eh, wasps and bees and hornets are relatively small round these parts of the US. nothing to worry about that a little high proof vodka or rum won't fix.

8 通の返信I'm actually interested in how the neurotoxin they use works...and if it could be properly manipulated to be as efficient on human beings.

4 通の返信
native to Thailand.
Insects really hate Asians it would seem. There's enormous hornets in Japan and the Chinese Hornet War which killed over 42 people.

2 通の返信
It is one of over 200 species of wasp which reproduces by way of a host incubator and this species chooses cockroaches. The female lands on top of a cockroach and using its stinger to inject neurotoxins directly into the roach’s head. The cockroach immediately takes on a zombie-like obedient state, following the wasp back to her burrow. There, she lays her egg inside the cockroach. The roach incubates the egg for a few days until it hatches. The larva then feeds on the roach until it is old enough to go off on its own.
wow
