Well Bungie, you asked.
To me, it almost sounds arrogant. Like a challenge. Marty was terminated... now they turn to us, the stains of betrayal upon them, eyes burning with financial fervor, asking us - provoking us.
Community? What have you to say?

He stayed, as he set tracks for Destiny. But I followed with all the tolerance in my command. When you first saw Destiny, were you blinded by it's majesty? Blinded? Paralyzed; dumbstruck? No... Yet this "Marty" was able to evade the hits, land his final compositions, and desecrate it with his filthy trackset! Noble Bungie board, surely you understand that once the Forums attacked- *Community rambles* There will be order in this Forum!
Couldn't bother to finish it
12 通の返信Bungie needs to hire and psychologist, and these so called "directors" need to stop seeing everything as black and white and money laced... because given the following bungie has and how every member seems to have such a huge importance on the whole "family, community, friendship" shpeel they sell us in their podcasts and updates.. this could snowball into degenerating the very views and scope us followers, admirers, and gamers of bungie have on the company and their games.. a psychologist would have interpreted this outcome and possibly, if one could gauge, "hype-ness" and or "excitement" about destiny, (I also have to add that for people that dont even know who Marty is, this can affect them because people will more likely follow this online herd behavior) then it has obviously been shot down a degree or 3.. I honestly dont know if it was justifiable or not, but if somehow the "Directors" and all their brains and flashy money could see this, I would just like to say to them. Good job at trying to ruin something many people are or "were" looking forward to.. the community drives the community in almost all aspects.. you guys have nothing but paperwork to handle and are (to us) no importance... we view the people in bungie that we have gotten to know over the years as important, their work, as important.. not you.. so next time you decide to make a fatal mistake, maybe think it through (from all angles) and possibly try to resolve it a better way.

I just really don't like what I'm seeing bungie as now. It's just.... different. And Urk doing the last update REALLY wasn't a great look. Losing Marty really wasn't a great look and lost a lot of people, old fans of Bungie which has got to hurt, and then to address the community with someone different, who we do know, yes, but without explanation doesn't leave a great taste in the mouth. I think Bungie need to be a little careful where they place their feet in the next few weeks because they're walking a bit of a fine line at the moment. Still a huge fan, I'm just a little disappointed in how they have handled a few things lately. Hope they can come back strong soon

1 返信I say that I miss Marty but that I am excited to step into the world he helped create, and that is all.

20 通の返信I think most people who have replied to this thread so far have failed to understand what the OP was referencing in the topic title. He was finishing the quote that Deej's topic began with, said by the Prophet of Truth in the Halo 2 campaign. In full, "There are those who said this day would never come. What have they to say now?" On topic, it is terrible to think of a Bungie without Marty. But we need to know more information before we can make any sort of conclusive judgement.

11 通の返信Well this is unnecessarily over-the-top and over-glorified. Are you really this immature so as to react in such a way after a company fires a person?
