The big objective that the people of Ukraine should be focusing on at this point in time is regional stability. Give Russia Crimea in exchange for recognition of Ukrainian sovereignty and allow anyone who wants to move between regions the time to make the journey with no repercussions for their allegiance. If the current cessation plan is carried out Ukraine will most likely become fractured and destabilized leading to war.
If this action is taken the west and east can both be satisfied and the people of Ukraine get to decide their own destiny. Quit being stupid and do this now.

The US government staged a coup and poured money into the group because they thought they could control them and make them join the EU, but John McCain wants to go to war with Russia. The US government has no control over Svoboda and the group's leaders have stated many times that they despise Jews, Russians, and others, so they will not give up Crimea to the Russians. The US government has also announced that they will not honor the referendum if Crimea votes to secede on March 16th, just as how the Russian government will not recognize the new Ukranian "government" because their uprising was state sponsored terrorism by America. Basically the whole situation is a fucking mess created by incompetent governments.

7 通の返信Pretty much, if the crimean referendum shows a lot of support for joining russia then let them. Self Determination is important, if they want to join then nobody should stop them. It's especially not worth fighting a war over.

2 通の返信Why would the Ukrainians want to give a large amount of land filled with valuable resources? Economically that makes no sense, it's political suicide and is practically impossible to implement anyway.

2 通の返信
Give Russia Crimea in exchange for recognition of Ukrainian sovereignty and allow anyone who wants to move between regions the time to make the journey with no repercussions for their allegiance.
1994 Russia already agreed to a 'sovereign Ukraine' in exchange for Ukraine giving up its nuclear armaments after the collapse of the Soviet Union. So clearly that doesn't work.
