I honestly have no clue. Part of the area that I skate in is an unfinished neighborhood (it's going to stay unfinished most likely) which is where I found them. As I was collecting them, I was trying to imagine what could have happened for there to have been so many neatly scattered about. Chances are, there are more than a few I missed, so I might go back tomorrow.
