Should people be required to have a license before shitting out children? I know this poll is uncharacteristic of previous posts by the glorious architect of your dreams Rumblefish (most polls advocate legalizing shit). He's pro drugs, pro violence, pro imperialism, and pro slavery (non-race based slavery you -blam!-s), but the one thing he isn't pro is kids. Kids are stupid, weak, loud, fragile, and the future. Having a kid is a bigger responsibility than operating a car, sailing a boat, owning a gun, flying a plain, purchasing alcohol, or seeing an R-rated movie. What's the only other difference between having a kid and doing all of the things listed above. YOU DON'T NEED A LICENSE. Any mouth breathing, lottery ticket scratching, dead eyed, fat piece of shit can have a kid. And doesn't it always seem like those people have the most kids. I've recently discussed this with a team of scientists and researchers. We've estimated that approximately 60 percent of the earth's parents are unfit to be parents. I demand a license for people who insist upon polluting our world with more shitty people. In order to receive a license you must 1. Have a high enough income to support the number of children you apply for (numbers vary) 2. Both parents must demonstrate basic critical thinking skills and have an IQ of 110 or higher 3. Parents must be in a stable relationship 4. Single parents will be subject to higher standards (income, job security, intelligence, etc.) 5. Have steady employment 6. No felonies 7. Be U.S. citizens (this is stuff is all for the United States hopefully we'll set an example for the rest of you idiots). 8. At least one parent must be healthy enough so they don't die right out from under the kid. 9. Not have any major psychological disorders 10. Have obtained a high school diploma or GED People who have a child without a license will be incarnated for a minimum of 10 years or opt for sterilization. Unlicensed children will be put up for adoption or sent into a secret military super soldier program or killed or something. I don't know -blam!- you. I understand most of you wouldn't be born if your parents had been held to these standards, but think of the future !
