So, its Friday (yes!!!!) and I want to talk about Halo 4's Specializations and get some feedback from all of you to see what would be best for the future of Halo and report it back to 343i. The idea I gathered so far to fix Specs

- Armor Set Material
- Emblem foregrounds
- Emblem Backgrounds
- Visor Designs
- Visor Colors[/i]
> [u][b]Aesthetic, gained from commendations via smaller challenges[/b][/u]
[i]- 50/50 will be grinding (passive), other half being skill (active)
- 50/50 will be basic and other half will be advanced (n0obs vs pros)
- 75% complete overall in order to continue to the next Pursuit
- Will be 'difficult' to fully complete each Pursuit to coax players[/i]

[i]Players sign up, and bet on the system to beat a Specialization in a certain amount of time, instead of being unlimited, which normally it is, the full Armor set for the Specialization will be given to player after the time has been surpassed, but get this, players that beat the time challenge (which is hard) players will receive a modified version of the Armor for the reward.....the modification to the armor is a secondary Armor Skin design, in conjunction with having small equipment attached to the armor similar to Reach.
If players fail to beat the time, all commendations are reset.[/i]

Would be limited to a couple Armor Effects, but are really awesome. Also each MP character has a set of unique Armor Effects not found on the others.[/i]

1 返信I like the idea that different specialization could bring different strengths to a team, but I don't really feel specialized at all...

1 返信I liked the specs, I mean, if it was where you had to work through a specialization to get some armor (not the perks) I would feel more accomplished in buying armor.

3 通の返信I just dislike the idea that you might pp overcharge a vehicle and the guy is fine and barely slows down. So much for the basic Halo cornerstone of equal starts. That's what Halo needs. Get back to its roots and strip away the gimmicky layers of bullshit.

A good idea, but I liked how in previous games (Halo 3) you needed to complete a specific challenge that isn't told to you, making it a challenge to find out how to get the armour, then collecting it. I know that Halo 4 had some similar things, but with the additions of specializations it was too much. IMO
