My friend hates everything about Mass Effect without even playing....
He's seen ME2 gameplay and says he hates it, the soundtrack is boring and puts him to sleep, even the Suicide Mission, he says the story sounds terrible..... I don't even......

I can agree about the soundtrack. Never noticed it. Good background music but that's about it. And the story? If he's taking about mass effect 2, I agree. Hard not too when it holds little to no relevance to anything else. The central conflict is both introduced and resolved in mass effect 2 and has basically no primary effect on ME 3. Everything else could have been introduced in a ME 1 DLC. Still, good on it's own right. Just don't get the extreme praise for it.

(IMO) a large chunk of the music is incredibly boring (Even the Suicide Mission), and the story is good but nothing to write home about (ME1) or pants on head retarded (ME3, ME3). Art design is just eh in some places and the gameplay is either a terrible TPS, or a watered down Gears clone, or a decent Gears clone. Also, try "Social.Bioware.com"

I feel like I'm playing a soap opera. The music is generic, the gameplay is dull, and most of the characters are forgettable.
