1 返信Loved all the past ones. As for the newest one I haven't played it. From what I've seen it looked like a "pew pew murrica EXPLOSIONS" game, which is all well and good, but that's not what I want from a Splinter Cell game.

2 通の返信The first three are the best, and Chaos Theory is the top game in the franchise. It slipped a lot in Double Agent and Conviction, but Blacklist is a step back in the right direction. I miss Ironside though.

Splinter Cell- Pretty good and fun. Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow- Hell of a lot of fun and a good challenge Splinter Cell Chaos Theory- No clue didn't get it. Splinter Cell Double Agent- My favorite. It was difficult and pulse-pounding. Splinter Cell Conviction- Alright. It did some things well. Splinter Cell Blacklist- Don't know but it looks pretty good since they brought back more of the stealth elements and gray morality.

2 通の返信Blacklist is exactly what the series needed: A fresh return to its stealthy roots. As a stealth game, Blacklist is almost flawless. Its assortment of high-tech gadgets and the amount of surfaces you can climb makes you feel like a Batman who kills. Going into a fight and finishing it whisper-quiet is difficult and oh so satisfying. Trying to non-lethal approach basically turns you into Batman. The co-op aspect of the game is where it really shines. The rest of the series....eh. The books are fantastic, though. Just finished reading Blacklist Aftermath and it was real thrill.

I remember buying the very first game, at a Sam's Club, back on December 31st of some year that I remember as "a long time ago", so probably 2002 or 2003, when I was 5 or 6. I still have it, another copy of it, and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th games for Xbox original. I like the use of stealth a lot, but I don't think the newer games would be too bad as long as it hasn't been cut out completely.

2 通の返信It was better when it had more stealth elements, like the different modes of vision, and the ambient noise detector, and shooting lights playing a bigger role. However, Blacklist was definitely better than its predecessor and I am hopeful that they will continue to move in that direction. Also Spies Vs. Mercs is freaking sweet and I wish people would play with me.
