Master Chief Vs Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
Personally I find the battle even closer than the Captain America vs Chief threads. This battle will be hand to hand combat. I'd go with The Rock because he's stronger and has better techniques. Chief will have rely on speed to avoid The Rock's wrath.
An amateur brute with little to no experience in WWE almost TKOed Chief, I'm sure The Rock could get the best of him.
So who wins? Chief, or the jabroni beatin pie eating trail blazin eye brow raisin son of a gun.

Then they'd become tag team partners and bring back the Attitude era. Also, you forgot to add "The most electrifying man in sports entertainment" to your list describing The Rock.

Not to mention his incredible reflexes, it would be like a claymore (Dwayne) fighting against a lightsaber (Chief).
