If chief would land a hit on flesh with one of the plasma nades, Thor would be screwed. All chief really has to do is get that hammer out of Thor's hands and Thor is screwed. If you think about it, chief might actually be just as "worthy" of the hammer as much as Thor is.

Seriously now, Thor would walk straight through anything John can hit him with. Bullets? Ha. Plasma? Jack shit. Explosive? No good. Punches? He might as well be tickling Thor. And I strongly doubt an emotionally repressed wind-up toy soldier would be worthy of a weapon only a handful of people [i]in a universe filled with heroes[/i] can wield.
