11 通の返信Smarkdowにより編集済み: 11/17/2013 3:54:34 AMThe vast majority of video games are dull, uninspired, non-artistic atrocities created for the sole purpose of pleasing the unwashed masses. Only a few games can objectively be classified as art, such as Mass Effect 3, Halo 3, and the Call of Duty franchise.

Haloにより編集済み: 11/17/2013 10:37:44 PMIs created audio art? Yes. Do games contain created audio? Yes. Now compound that with all the other media arts contained in games. Anyone who says no is retarded unless they're basing their answer off some sort of perverse semantics. This is hardly a subjective matter. It doesn't matter if you like the games or not, or if you feel they're dull. Totally irrelevant.

yes, Journey, Braid, Fez, Fire Emblem, Hell, even PMD 2 is art, each telling a wonderful story with moving music, and visuals. the only difference between normal art and video games is that the normal stuff is non-interactive.

1 返信Do I? Some can be, yes. Will they ever be actual art? No. The so called "Artists" like to keep things old and dumb, gaming, cars and many other things despite the fact they actually can be art, won't ever be classed as art due to the stuck up idiots that decide what art is.
