Whilst I'm certainly suspicious of some of those details, I'm not sure quite how they align yet. One thing that occurs to me is that some of this could just be a smokescreen for a different problem/plan. I would [i]like[/i] to say 'what kind of soldier/pmc would go along with all this' but sadly as history and psychology shows, people are more than happy to become agents of authority and carry out atrocities and sleep soundly at night. The best that could be hoped for if things do go awry is that it doesn't get too... fubar.
