Would you pay for custom Ghost DLC?
Ghosts look to be our sidekicks in this game. They are a reflection of our character that everyone can see, or a fun travel companion for those lone wolves out there.
Would you pay for DLC content that offered different skins for ghosts as well as ghosts with different personalities as done by different voice actors?
How about one voiced by Patrick Stewart or a funny one voiced by Louis CK?

Bungie is giving us a game that will have a massive amount of content and plays a lot like an MMO, but they're also not going to charge us a subscription fee. Some games are $60 and take 6 hours to beat. This game will have hundreds of hours of content. Most games with this much content cost $15/month, but not Destiny. So I will purchase lots of small things to help support Bungie. And because I'm sure they will have really cool things to buy.

No the game already has a whole bunch of badass stuff it for the base $60. Why spend more on something for looks? And there won't be different voice actors. But I'll bet you the ghost will already be customizable/upgrades, showing everything else in the game does..

I would pay for it with ingame money....... that your earn by playing the game. If you really need to buy this simple things I would not really do that...... For completed new maps and expansion of the story/DLC after some time..... or a new game expension after some time... no problem

I'd pay any amount of money for Joel Heyman's Caboose voice on my Ghost. "Uh-oh. Um, i think those guys are bad guys. Run!" "No! Bad Freckles! Sit. Down boy! Oh, oh come come on Freckles stop trying to kill Agent Washington!"
