Kids in destiny!! Age Restrictions
I will admit I'm 12 but dose that really matter? Destiny we probably be teen rated and most likely kids will be playing it but all that matters is if they are mature enough to play it, i know the difference between Real and not Real and I'm not a "Squeeker" so as long as your mature enough that means you should be able to play it, Everybody was a kid once but it's even harder fitting in with the gaming community now then before.

I am sure it will be rated mature. I'm also sure that there will be tons of mothers and fathers, who for various reasons including wanting to shut their kids up, to wanting to play the game with their child will buy the game for an under age kid. Now, don't get me wrong. Some of them can handle the mature scenes, the cursing, sexual themes, etc. But a lot of them are just little pricks who will cause a disturbance in the game. I don't think they should be on the game, but there isn't really much you can do to stop them.

11 通の返信I won't say my age or anything but I am old enough to play any mature rated games, if I said my age you would say I am not old enough but I am in my teen years. I just wanted to say that I have a 12 year old friend that I know from school and he was in the top ten finishers for the halo tournament, and he probably would beat most of you older competitors, I know a few younger kids that have really deep voices that play halo and that doesn't bother me. The high pitch voiced kids do, I versed a kid that wouldn't stop screaming, so I muted him. It's annoying, yes, but we shouldn't discriminate then from a game that destiny that looks amazing. I have been playing halo since I was 8 and my parents knew what it was because my older brother played it. Last, I am no high pitched little kid. I don't want to play with high pitched little kids, but I don't think they should be left out of the game, destiny is a game for every one to work together, "everyone" so little kids to, not like 8 year olds, but yes 12, 13 or 14.

1 返信By the time Destiny comes out, I'll be about a month away from 15. I've been playing Bungie games since Halo 2, I even went back and played marathon. I feel that as long as kids are not purposely annoying then its fine. Video games should be able to be enjoyed by all ages.

4 通の返信Age has lite meaning to me, if your mature enough to play and stick around then you will make friends that don't care. I know how it is. I was young once.

1 返信Most games that involve killing are rated "M". Games that have music with people swearing in the lyrics are rated "T".

But I will accept that there are indeed people around who're mentally more mature than they are physically, and vice versa (as seen numerous times in the gaming community...). Also I think there's a case for re-examining ratings, as some are based on reasoning I can't fathom.
