So is built in ass blowing only available with Kinect ? Does this also mean H5 is copying Skyrim and Mass Effect and throwing in some gay character storyline? Always suspected old MC to be playing for the other team.

A 3 Legged Goatにより編集済み: 11/24/2013 4:05:50 AMAccording to recent updates, they've been somewhat responding to community feedback and suggestions. Obviously there are some things they can't or wont change, but they're using the game as a testing ground for the next one now more than anything. They've since hired better heads and their experience might help them steer Halo on the right direction this next gen. That's being optimistic though. It's very likely they simply wont get it and we'll end up with another mediocre or poorly-orchestrated launch. This time though, I doubt there'll be people all over the forums complaining. 3 tries either makes the strike or the charm, and this is the last chance for Halo to redeem itself. EDIT: It looks like some of the lead people from Halo 4 are leaving. Corrinne Yu worked on the graphics/lighting engine and she just left for Naughty Dog. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how things play out from here.

I shall give precisely 1 -blam!-. It will be the -blam!- I would have given if I was getting an Xbone and was even considering Halp 5.

Neighborにより編集済み: 12/12/2013 6:52:21 PMHonestly, I think 343 learned a lot from the mistakes they made. These last few weeks I've played (mostly grifball) isn't as bad as when I first played it. The main issue I have is how the custom made maps lose walls or other objects if the game happens to go into black screen because of a host change. The stupid lighting feature screws up that. (Cool idea though.) Besides lag and the map disappearing I don't have too much of an issue with grifball. Slayer isn't that great or competitive as it was in Halo 3. I do give credit they do make the make the maps look amazing even though Certain Affinity does quite a bit of work on the maps as well for Halo 4.

3fail3 Industries will still try to claim that they made yet another perfect Halo game...

G7khercにより編集済み: 12/12/2013 3:33:58 PMI won't buy an xbox one. Halo 5 is the deciding point, if it isn't like Halo 1/2/3, even parts of Reach then I won't be getting it. 343i's "innovative" cod clones are terrible and make Halo suck (Halo 4). It's the make or break point for most people in the crumbing, dwindling, barely stable fan base. It needs to be an arena shooter, IT HAS TO BE MAINLY TRADITIONAL AND HAVE INFINITY AS A SMALL PLAYLIST AT THE BOTTOM, NOT MAIN AT ALL. IT SHOULDN'T BE THE OTHER WAY ROUND!

Wait, are Halo Xbox One and Halo 5 two different games? I figured they would call it Halo 5 if it was a sequel to Halo 4.

Then Halo 6 will still be made. They've already got a contract in place for that. I'm just saddened by the fact that games with Halo in their name are still being made. I've said it before on these forums, and I'll say it again: Halo: Reach was the last game in the Halo series. It was a fantastic swan-song to a shooter that defined console gaming for a decade. But it's over now. All great things eventually come to an end, and Halo ended years ago. Halo 4 and everything else made after it is nothing more than childish fanfiction purchased by the most brain-dead of the franchise's fans.

GammaF88により編集済み: 11/28/2013 6:29:35 PMThen it will "blow ass", and people will have to deal with it. However, Halo 4 was not a quote, "Bad", unquote, game. It merely did not meet the high expectations people had for it. I personally believe that Halo 5 will be a great game, as long as some of the changes made in 4 are scaled back a little, i.e. no KillCam, more weapons on maps, no unlocking weapons, etc. AND A UNSC FLYING VEHICLE, por favor. In my opinion, I would also prefer a slower, more strategic feel to the multiplayer, instead of constant, nonstop action and reaction. Few people care about objectives, and more about killing every single thing that moves. Any questions/counter-arguments?
