Why aren't the dislikes on YouTube updating?
I made about 10 accounts on YouTube and I disliked this guys videos, but they're not updating. They update a litle bit on some videos but I disliked all his videos at least 8 times but it's not updating. What's wrong? I did most of these yesterday.
