Stupidest Plot Holes
I'm not talking about the biggest plot holes, because we all know Batman Begins claims that title, but the stupidest. The most random, unnecessary plot holes that could easily have been fixed but still presents a major logical flaw in the story.
So far, Godzilla 1998 has got to take the award from me.
Beast emerges from South Pacific (cleared up by Im SteelAssassin) and swims to America (... just to lay eggs? You'd think Japan would be a better place...).
Beast shows up at Manhattan.
So somehow it swam in from the east to Manhattan in the west. Interesting.

11 通の返信On the eagles in LOTR and why they didn't just fly to Mount Doom: The strategy that the Fellowship decided on in Rivendell was to destroy the Ring in a mission of secrecy because Sauron did not know exactly where the Ring was. The eagles would've easily been seen flying towards Mordor and taken out by the Nazgul, sacrificing secrecy and drastically increasing the chances of the Ring being captured by enemy forces. Travelers on foot could easily sneak around and scout ahead, slipping by unnoticed - hobbits especially are renowned for being light on their feet and very quiet which is why Gandalf recruits Bilbo for Thorin's quest to enter Erebor. Eagles would've been spotted as far as Cirith Ungol where the watchmen for Mordor stand guard, giving Sauron's forces time to prepare and engage. Another thing: The Ring could not just be dropped into the caldera of Mount Doom, it had to be taken [i]into[/i] the Crack of Doom itself: the centre of Sauron’s power where the Ring was forged. The Crack of Doom was at the end of a tunnel that bored into the mountainside, and an eagle would not have been able to fit inside and a giant eagle sitting by the Crack of Doom (provided it could even get there) would be easily noticed. Finally, the eagles were generally dishonourable creatures who did not care for the affairs of mortal men. They only agreed to help Gandalf because he saved their leader who said he could call on them when needed.

Why didn't the Conners just kill the guy who made Skynet? Why didn't some random wizard just Avada Cadavra Voldemort seven times? Why didn't WILLE just kill Shinji? Why didn't Obi-Wan just finish Anakin off on Mustafar? Why didn't General Zodd just build Krypton on another planet? Who threw the last spear at Asuka?

If there have been hundreds and thousands of matrixes and ones? Why is there only one one(neo) on the outside? is he being replicated when his matrix life is over on another matrix system? Or is he just being cloned? Or is time really ending and beginning as his matrix life and real life end/begin like that episode in futurama? Why is the rock so oily? Why do street racers need to know how to pull heists, didn't they have enough money at the end of fast 2? And why is the transporter (jason statham) murdering liu kang(Sung Kang) if he died by a natural explosion? And why is the third fast really the 6th fast when the third fast is really the fourth fast whilst being the 5th film in the timeline?

1 返信I just though of one, in Halo: CE, when they arrived near the ring and saw the covies followed them, why didn't they just save the location of the ring for further research and warpdrive again to run from the covies?
