In fact a hero of sorts. He saved a FL having to deal with a future Gang-banger, Drug Dealer, and or Thief. I see no loss here, he was a thug, he deserved everything that came to him.
The media is trying to make this into a race issue when its not. The Prosecution has shot themselves in the foot and now trying very desperately to charge him with something. If he is convicted it shows how corrupt our Court System is.
Feel free to discuss.
EDIT: Zimmerman has been found not guilty! Faith in United States Justice System- Restored.

1 返信Anyone who follows someone whilst holding a gun is going to end up in trouble. I mean seriously- what did Zimmerman actually expect to happen?

22 通の返信I'm gonna follow you around at night. When you turn around to ask WTF, I'm gonna accuse you of being a criminal. And just after you attack me, I'm gonna kill you. If in Florida, this means I walk away scott free. And I'm gonna do it on purpose, since, who's gonna contradict my story? You? lolnope. You will be dead. I will murder you legally. All you have to do is throw the first punch.

1 返信Watching from the streets to look for any coons that could become possible threats to society. Looking them in they eye he says goodbye to the dangers of negro. He is the silent protector the watchful guardian... A nergo killer.

I completely agree. The jury would have to be missing half a brain if their verdict is guilty because of 'man slaughter.' Also I have a feeling that the media and the judge want the verdict to be guilty. Let's see if justice is actually blind this time.

7 通の返信If Trayvon felt he was in danger, why did he not call the police? If George wanted to "hunt him down," Why did HE call the police and only fire ONE shot after sustaining injuries?

8 通の返信Let's assume Zimmerman is racist (nevermind it was too dark to tell what skin complexion Trayvon had at the time of the incident seeing as how his face was most likely obscured by the hoodie on that dark rainy night). So at best we have maybe some soft ambient light leaking through some windows in the apartments and maybe street light or two in the distance between the sidewalk sandwiched between the apartments where the killing occurred. Zimmerman would have to have gotten a good look at trayvon's face with a flashlight given this. What's the your first reaction when someone shines a light in your face? I'd cover my face with my hand. From this I would assume there was some kind of exchange of words. As I understand the case so far Zimmerman claims he was jumped by travon. This is where things start to get fuzzy for me. At this point Zimmerman hasn't flashed a badge or claimed to be a police officer and that he merely wants to talk. Put yourself in Trayvon's shoes. You're young and athletic. What's stopping you from running away? Some of the last messages sent by Trayvon talked about a "creepy ass cracka" following him. Why not run away? Why initiate a fight? The question being "did Trayvon initiate the fight or did Zimmerman"? Let's jump into Zimmerman's shoes. There's been a string of break ins in your apartment complex and you feel it's your civic duty to at observe and report strange characters lurking about in the shadows. He sees trayvon and...what? We know he followed him to some extent as this is claimed by Zimmerman himself over the phone recording the police have. How close to Trayvon was Zimmerman when the fight broke out? The last thing anyone who owns a gun wants to do is shoot another person. The emotional ramifications alone are enough to make you hate yourself. Nevermind the legal issues that come of it. What I'm saying is I'm having trouble connecting the motivation for murder.

4 通の返信Zimmerman was being a neighborhood vigilante. Treyvon was unarmed. Zimmerman shot him. No excuses.

7 通の返信The way I see it, if you're going around following people at night with a loaded gun you're looking for trouble. The kid was just walking home, he had every right to be there. Sure, the kid wasn't an innocent little baby like the media would like you to believe, but he wasn't breaking any laws at the time. If he attacked Zimmerman because he felt threatened how is that different from Zimmerman shooting him in supposed self-defense?

7 通の返信the judge is now allowing manslaughter instead of 2nd degree murder as an option for the jurors to consider. if convicted of manslaughter, he gets an automatically applied weapons charge tacked on and his sentence automatically goes to life in prison, which is what the second degree penalty is. what do you think of this?

14 通の返信I think 2/3 of the US population would be dead if it was ok to brutally murder someone for walking around at night and having smoked some weed in their life.

2 通の返信The fact is Trayvon proved he was a criminal that day and if George had not done what he did Trayvon might have found a defenseless elderly woman to rob or even worse.
