Women do in fact, have less glorious bodies than men
Zyzz proves this. No woman no matter how great she looks and how much she works out will never achieve that level of aesthetics.

It depends. If there was more societal pressure on men to actually take care of themselves, and add the fact that men's clothing don't actually fit men the way women's clothing fit them (men are not rectangles), then sure, they'd be able to compete. But as it stands... not quite.
