Games that Need to be Remade for the Modern Era
Fallout 1 and 2, in Fo3 style.

2 通の返信Honestly? Mario and Donkey Kong. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the games they have been putting out, but I feel as though they are regressing. All they have been putting out are new versions of their old formulas when at one point in time, they were making bigger, bolder new games. On the 64 they innovated with those games. Now, they are back to making 2d games, why? What about Super Mario 3d world? It looks fun and I will probably get it, but it is not even close to the big 3d Mario adventure game people were waiting for. Just compare that to Galaxy. It seems like Nintendo is playing it safe these days. Again, I love Nintendo, and I will likely still get these games. TL;DR However, I would like to see Nintendo once again move forward when working with their most iconic characters for a new generation.

1 返信I'm content with the older games from my childhood being left as they are. I do wish they'd "remake" Mass Effect 1 to incorporate the armor and combat of ME2-3 just so it doesn't feel so clunky to go back to it, but make all the guns not require cooldowns, because it's the original after all. Also, update the graphics. They look ancient compared to newer games even though it's only 6 years old. A lot of people would complain about the updated combat, but in ME1 a lot of the classes are irrelevant because they share so many powers with others, and the Sentinel just plain sucks. In ME2-3 all the classes are good.

Battlefield 1942 with the Frostbite 3 engine. Knights of The Old Republic 1 and 2. For 2 have everything that was cut out due to DerpArts included and completed in it. Also I want it to have a online CO-OP. The host player is the main character and the 2 others play as whatever follower the host has unlocked. Fallout 1 and 2 with a graphics update and a online CO-OP. But if they are cable of capturing everything/restoring the games in the Fo3 style I wouldn't mid that. Also I want online Co-Op for that and a 32-64 player free roam. Also I want Fallout 2 to have that restoration mod.

1 返信...Why? But if I absolutely have to pick one, I'd say Metroid Prime. I know it's not that old, but an HD rerelease would be awesome. (There's probably already one already.)
