6 通の返信Random image of Killzone 3 on Google will not do it justice. Playing it yourself on a HDTV will make you wonder how these visuals are possible on the PS3.

McRibbittにより編集済み: 5/28/2013 5:22:49 PMAs much as I like the PS4 more than the Xbox One, the PS4 is NOT 50% more powerful. Graphics wise, both consoles are the same, but RAM wise, the PS4 is much faster, but that won't really affect gaming performance. All the bandwidth + faster RAM is really good for streaming videos though. You'll be able to tell a difference for sure there. So once you add these things together, the PS4 is just not 50% more powerful, I'd say about 20% (roughly of course).

4 通の返信Wasn't this the same last time? The PS3 is allegedly more powerful yet it's visuals are almost identical if not worse than the 360s, IMO.

2 通の返信while this gen, multiplatform games had a edge on the Xbox 360 due to difficulty in programming for the PS3 and some lazy developers not bothering to harness the power of the PS3 but don't forget, there have also been better performing multiplatform games on the PS3 too. Such examples are L.A Noire and many others.

But when first party developers do use the power of the PS3..this is when you could see which is the weaker system. As visuals that have been on the PS3 can not be replicated on the Xbox 360. Games such as Killzone 2 & 3 ,Uncharted Series, God Of War 3, Gran Turismo 5 and the upcoming Last of Us show visual fidelity that Xbox 360 can not handle.

5 通の返信Meh... it's like comparing the Xbox 360 with the PS3. The PS3 is more powerful, yet the Xbox 360 is still better.

Al-B-Querkyにより編集済み: 5/27/2013 8:38:56 PMPower this generation isn't going to mean a whole lot. Both consoles are going to perform more or less on equal ground. The PS4 arguably wins with specs, and i do mean arguably becuase of the XBOX One's 32MB eSRAM, but people are ignoring what cloud based streaming can do for games alongside local rendering. It can go both ways.
