Xbone will have a built in water cooler that can dispense cold and room temperature water. To go along with what Swim Good said, its a figure of speech. The water cooler typically is supposed to be the place in the office where everyone just kind of meets and talks about whatever. MS is saying that they think that the Xbone can become that. A place where people gather and do whatever... or they literally mean that they want to take over the water cooler industry. Their whole focus kinda got lost to me.
