The "See You Starside" part was definitely old, but I'd never seen anyone state that it was a reference to anything other than what the BOBs said. I brought it up awhile ago (as I'm sure others did too), but I hadn't seen this Terminal before yesterday.

I think the OP is implying that "See You Starside" could be a reference to the starships and space travel in Destiny. Considering that Bungie appears to be picking up the thus-far-unused tidbits left in prior games - see all the threads about Halo 3: ODST - it's at least an interesting notion. (I have trouble believing that they were planning Destiny as far back as 1994, though.)
