Since it premiers in thirty minutes, I figured I would go ahead and create this thread so we can keep all the discussion in one place. I didn't feel like digging the old thread up. My biggest thoughts here lie with Merle. From the way I see it, he has two paths in front of him. He could continue being the racist murderous junkie he is, or he could grow up like Daryl and maybe even join the group. I feel like the latter might be actually be the way he goes. In his mind, the only thing he has left in the world is his brother. So maybe he'd be willing to change himself to stay with him. I'm curious to see how everyone reacts to Merle's presence at the prison. I hope Rick stops wondering in "crazy town" this episode. It got really old, really fast. I think the whole attack on the prison will bring him back to the group, though. Another thing I wanted to share with you guys. It's a little funny how, at least to me, the more the show progresses, the more I feel Shane was the one in the right back at Hershel's farm. Shane was the one willing to make the hard choices to survive, the choices Rick couldn't make. Shane was overall worried about the safety of the group more than morality. Rick seems to understand this now. Have any predictions?
