Any user may discuss someone's file, meaning that you can still use your current Bnet account to discuss a file on your gamertag without having it linked. To do this, just sign in and go to find a player [url=http://www.bungie.net/Community/PeopleFinder.aspx]here[/url]. Type in your gamertag and then go to the file share. Click [b]Discuss file[/b] for the item that you want to post and then you're done.
