Serious question here guys.
I don't have a girlfriend at the moment, so this isn't directly linked with my experience and I would like to make it clear I am not asking for advice. However I was having a chat with some of my friends and this question came up. It is a difficult question and there is no easy way of doing so.
I suggested that you ask her is she thinks it is a good idea if you both start going to the gym together or something along those lines, rather than making it her issue, you make being healthy a goal you set as a couple.
But how would you guys approach it? Have any of you been in this situation before?
Opinions from women would be greatly appreciated.

The answer is a shocked "No baby, what makes you say that? Did someone say that? Who are they? I need to kick their ass!" Seriously. This is a trap that makes a pit full of bofu toxin dipped punji sticks and a live tiger look like a man cave with its own fridge and bathroom. DO NOT fall into this. She is not fat. She is NOT fat. She is NOT FAT. Other women? Sure, but not her.

4 通の返信Serious answer: Start lifting and become way sexier than her. Threaten to leave her if she doesn't get less ugly and fat. Become alpha

Edit: I guess I should also add that by no means am I fat/obese/overweight. Like I've been struggling to gain weight most of my life and now that I'm older I'm finally gaining weight :D, so yeah, I'm really insecure about my weight at times.

This isn't possible. Girls do not become fat until after the 'I do's'. Unless of course they were chubby to begin with. Then, if you're smart, you will say NOTHING. If you love her, you will say NOTHING. If you wish to have any sort of pleasant life, you will say NOTHING. (post 'I do's' of course)
