C'mon, it'd be so sick! Surely [i]someone[/i] can make it happen.. right? Pleeaase? I've always felt like my high mobility PvE Prismatic Hunter build was always missing a mobile melee, and Phantom Surge is EXACTLY WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR!! Imagine it with Grapple, Blink, and Ascension... Honestly, I don't have much interest in anything else Hunter offers, and this would give me a reason to play Hunter Maybe they can just replace Smoke Bomb with it, I bet PvP players would appreciate Smoke Bomb being taken from Prismatic Hunters lmao
