Is gambit coming to the portal?
I thought we were promised more gambit stuff in Renegades, but I can't even find a match to guild my Dredgen title. Please, give us Gambit in the portal.
Gambit player's highlight of their day is seeing "error code: Mongoose"

It would have been logical to end Gambit at the end of the "Edge of Fate" expansion, but for some reason they decided not to, and we're essentially seeing the Gambit mode's corpse in Director. It's a delusional situation, like so many other things in Destiny 2 right now.

Sorry man, I’ve put gambit down for a bit to aid my PVE endgame fiends since they kept getting snubbed so I finally buckled down and started carrying them instead of being THAT GUY who keeps invading like a monster😅

1 返信They don’t care. Bungie doesn’t give a single hoot about your casual activity. All they care about is insanely sweaty PvP and Raids.

They put in a TWAB some months ago that there’s was gonna be a dedicated update to Gambit, which I was stoked for; but given the current state of affairs, I don’t think it’s gonna happen. This is one of the longest breaks I’ve taken from the game. Almost a month. Division 2 has me hooked, and is quite enjoyable. Not sure if what comes out in June is gonna be enough to draw me back to Destiny. It’s a weird feeling.

Mongoosing is why I didn't play gambit for almost a year. Didn't have to revisit the trauma when I played two or three weeks ago though so things are looking up. I doubt you'll see it in the portal though; Bungle were already trying to kill gambit before they launched that portal nonsense.
