PSN accout stolen
Hello Bungie Support,
My old PlayStation Network account was recently stolen and I no longer have access to it. That PSN account is currently linked to my Bungie profile.
I mainly play Destiny 2 on Steam and I have DLC on Steam. I recently created a new PlayStation Network account and I would like to link it to my Bungie profile so I can keep my cross-platform progress between Steam and PlayStation.
However, I cannot unlink the old PSN account because I no longer have access to it.
With the upcoming game Marathon, I would also like to make sure my account connections are correct so my progress will not be affected in the future.
Is there any way to remove the old PSN account from my Bungie profile so I can link my new PSN account?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Since the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url] from March 25th, 2025, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the PSN account in question will remain linked.
