Stingray error code please fix it

Are you currently play on PC via Steam or EPIC store or on your x-box account? You will need to contact the relevant store for assistance. You may not be signed in correctly, I would suggest logging out & exiting the APPs for EPIC or Steam, for x-box I would sign out and restart the console.
