despite heirloom uncharged shots dealing 10% more damage than karking xenophage and jotunn, it absolutely struggles in PVE right now and worse in PVP, it needs some heavy grade buffs and here's how to do it. just simply add a 20% baseline damage increase, 40% reduced charge time when ADS, and make the catalyst also grant 25% reduced heat generation and or the ability to charge shots when hipfiring, that would do absolute wonders for the exotic, since it's a sniper/precision grenade launcher, it should get buffs to make it feel like one, than currently where it struggles so badly due to the long charge up time and low damage output.
