Note: not a Bungie dev / employee. Just a normal web dev with too much time on her hands and experience writing reports to send up the chain after noticing lots of reports on this issue. Note: this was done / tested on an alt account that does not have access to Renegades. This test was not done on THIS account. Issue experienced: I am unable to add a phone number to my account in order to play endgame content. Below is my log: Logged in via Steam and ensured cookies were accepted. Attempted to add a phone number. Upon submit, got this error: https://imgur.com/RGXmr0Z Console showed this (500 server error): https://imgur.com/4ixCex5 Logged into Destiny 2 and did a patrol on the account, then went to orbit, then logged out of the game. Waited 2-3 minutes and confirmed the activity showed up in my Bungie.net profile game history (it did). Logged out of Bungie.net and logged back in. Attempt #2 to add a phone number, and I get this response in the browser: https://imgur.com/nn2fW8s Console showed another 500 error: https://imgur.com/3aSJg8I I then attempted to log into the site in inprivate / incognito and ensured tracking protection was off / cookies were accepted. I encountered the same error during attempt #3 as #2. I would expect to be able to add a phone number, but am currently unable due to this error.
