You aren't currently showing as owning Renegades. Check your platform store to check if its showing as owned and if it is can you go through the process of [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]Restoring Licenses[/url] and then check the bar vendor in Tharsis Outpost. If that doesn't work, you'll want to contact your platforms support team so they can look into why the license isn't being recognised as owned.
