Did not receive dark age hunt emblem. option to create a ticket has not yet been added to the website.

I completed the challenge on January 29th, Still have not received my emblem. when i go to the support page linked by the twid, there is no option to create a ticket for dark age hunt, or even a miscellaneous ticket. only to claim the video emblem.

As per the twid, the Dark Age Hunt emblem itself, 'Fallen Torches' has not actually been awarded yet. Please see the below. [quote]Both the Fallen Torches and the Artifacting Signal emblems are planned to be granted within the next 30 days, following validation by the Analytics Team and Community Team.
