If the above suggestion doesn't resolve this, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip demonstrating this situation. A clip which shows you have the mod, but can't equip it, would be ideal. If you record a clip, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and link it to us here. We'll then investigate.
