Is there a way to put in a support ticket?

I bought the shader pack while the Dawning was going, but when I opened the box, it didn't see to add to my collections. I wondered if I'd accidentally refunded it but mistake, but it didn't look like I'd gotten the silver back. Is there any sort of support system to have a GM or something take a look and see what happened? Or view my purchase history to make sure?

Or view my purchase history to make sure?[/quote] If you "discovered" the shaders it would show so in the gear discovery history page thing and/or your gear collections
