I have come across a bug that I have also seen complained about across the game in general. For the Cherished Constellation Triumph in the Renegade title, upon putting down all 18 Ghosts it'll show up as 17/18. Personally I have spent the last 3 days going to every single location multiple times for all controlling factions and have even counted all 18 ghosts placed in the Tharsis landing area, yet it still tells me I have 17/18 done. Relaunching, logging out and back in, restarting, etc does not work and this is preventing completion of being able to get the Triumph and the shader reward with it. I even recounted right before posting this and I do have all 18 ghosts placed, yet the Triumph has not updated.
