To clear the cache on PS5, turn off the console, then press and hold the power button until you hear a second beep to enter Safe Mode. Connect your controller via USB, and select "Clear Cache and Rebuild Database" from the Safe Mode menu If you continue experiencing this after clearing the cache, please try re-installing the game.
